Deputy Alex MIntz often calls the State Police to come test a shelter dog  if he thinks it might make a good working candidate . Meet Koa, she is the first to pass the initial State Police working dog test.  State Trooper Chris Cooper came to take Koa to the Washington State Police Academy for training.
